A PCA is the same as a home inspection, but it is not tied or associated with a real estate transaction. It is geared toward a family who has lived in the property for more than 5 years and the property is over 15 years old.
Why should you get a PCA…Do you:
– go to the Dentist every six months for a check-up?
– get a yearly physical or a medical check-up?
– have the oil changed in your car every three thousand miles?
– have your car checked every 12 to 15 thousand miles?
Have you ever considered having a check-up on your house, the biggest investment/purchase of your life?
If you have, then you need a Property Condition Assessment (PCA). A PCA is an inspection where we look at over 300 items throughout your house to ensure that they are serviceable and/or functional.
Without a home check-up, how do you know the condition of those 300 items?
Most of us wait until it is too late and then have to spend huge amounts of money for repair. Why not be proactive and let us identify those minor problems before they become a major pain in the back pocket?
We are looking for home owners who want to protect and preserve the biggest investment of their lives!
