Hiker, family man, citizen soldier, professional home and property inspector in Tucson since 1998
…..When a boy lives where a handshake seals an agreement and a man’s word is his bond, he grows up to become a professional home inspector you can count on to look out for your best interest.
The Home You Want to Sell
The home you want to sell slides under a ruthless magnifying glass with every potential buyer. You face the possibility that little things you hardly notice yourself can make or break the sale. Often you don’t know why; the buyer just sees it and walks away.
If you are that seller, professional home inspector, then Marc Richter is a man you want on your team at the start. Marc puts your home under his magnifying glass as though he himself were your potential buyer. He sees what the buyer is going to see. That gives you the chance to correct problems before they become a problem in the selling process.
In 1998, he decided to become a Home Inspector.
He has experience in the Home Inspection Business since 1998, but was not officially certified by the State of Arizona until 2006. Marc says, “I want to take home inspection to a new level. So I dress professionally, drive a nice vehicle, keep the latest up-to-date equipment—electronics, software, cameras—all those things, because quality home inspection to me is more than a business, it’s a profession.” I strive to bring professionalism to the profession!
I inspect your home as though I were going to buy it myself. I look at it with the “eye of the buyer.” That’s my way of looking out for your best interest. When I find things that need attention, I take pictures and include them in the report. I provide the information I know is needed in the form I know will be most helpful.
An average home takes me two hours…more if the home is larger. Within 24 hours I submit my pictorial and written report in a binder that provides an overview of the present condition of the home. This allows time to address issues before the pressure is on. My customers have confidence knowing about the things their buyers will care about. I highlight the things that are in great condition and spell out anything that may need attention. Also, a soft copy of the report is uploaded to my web site where more leverage can be obtained to attract the most advantageous offer.
I have built my professional home inspection services on the foundation of something I learned from my Dad–that integrity is something I must have no matter what it costs because not having it will cost me everything I really want.
