WOW, Marc came to my home on a Thursday morning. I was impressed with his demeanor, his clean up-to-date equipment and his detailed thoroughness. He even found three nails missing in a joist bracket on the covered patio.

Then came the binder with a picture of my home on the front. A summary of his findings-- color coded--so it was easy to center in on the issues that needed attention. I called our handy man and before I knew it, I had a list of work accomplished. Soon a buyer was looking. The fact that we had the comprehensive report seemed to make a huge difference in the confidence of this person who became our buyer.
